Striper bite is decent for those anglers trying to target them. Throwing plugs and trolling have been the methods used to catch the stripers. Fish main river like the San Joaquin and Sacramento or the main tributaries off of these main rivers.
Bass bite is decent. Fish are post spawn. There is a frog and punch bite fishing grass lines and grass pockets. Also throw senkos, dropshots, crankbaits and chatterbaits. Fish them in current, on current breaks or adjacent to current around 8 to 10 ft
