2/9/13 Camp Far West Fishing report by Bob Tyler.
Got on the water today at ten o’clock with colder than expected water temp’s of forty nine degree’s.The lake is still at full pool and has a slight stain.Myself and friend Bob P. both started out throwing crank bait’s looking for reaction bite’s.Two hours into our trip and not a single bite.So out come the dart head and the shaky head. Both caught fish but it was really slow and they were all small.I did try and force feed them a jig but the fish wanted no part of it.All the bite’s came in the ten to eighteen foot range. The recent cold front has slowed down the fishing but that’s not going to be the case for long. So don’t be scared to bundle up and go fish,There going to turn on Good Luck.
