7-29-12 Ca Delta fishing report.
Today I launched out of Turner Cut at day break.the water temperature was seventy five degrees and really muddy.Theres also quite an algae bloom right now. I committed to the frog for the first two hours and only had one blow-up. I spent the next four hours flipping creature baits and throwing crank baits. This produced a lot of bites but the biggest was only two pounds. So I decided to put down the toys and picked up the big gun, That being my Dobyns 766 champion series flipping stick rigged with a green pumpkin with red flake beaver and headed to the punching mats. The pictures tell the rest of the story.Be patient and Good Luck. Bob Tyler.
