Find out…what you DON’T KNOW about your electronics – next week!

Find out…what you DON’T KNOW about your electronics – next week!

What was the use in you buying one of the lastest and greatest “high tech” fish finder units, when all you’ve been able to do since you got it is turn it on and HOPE what you’re seeing means fish?

Well if you are an angler that fits that description….stop worrying….as help is on the way.

Next week at C&C Marine in Citrus Heights, FPT “Tech” will begin it’s 2012 series of sonar classes designed to provide you with basic concepts and detailed information on how to get the most out of your “high tech” sonar/fish finding units, and be more productive on the water.

Len Vinci of Johnson Outdoors will be the instructor, and posesses a wealth of knowledge regarding the sonar and the units you use, and will share with those that want to learn the concepts of today’s sonar technology.

This class is a basic level class that covers concepts and some of the more particular aspects of sonar technology. In this class, students can expect to learn:

– Basic functionality
– Setting alarms
– Resolving noise/interference issues
– Setting Waypoints
– Understanding Side Imaging
– Transducer technology/functionality
– Downloading software – Offloading stored data

And much,much more!

(Study materials and refreshments will also be provided for students)

This class will be conducted at C&C Marine in Citrus Heights, on Wed, Feb 15th, and will begin promptly 5:30pm. Seating will be limited and is first-come, first served, so make sure you call the FPT offices (916-768-0938) or send an email to (anglerspress@hotmail.com) to garuentee you get a seat.

For this kick-off seminar, a Humminbird Fish Finder will be offered in a FREE raffle for all attendees!

Remember, FPT “Tech” classes are non-brand specific, so whether you own a Humminbird, Garmin, or Lowrance, fish for largemouth, Kokanee, or stripers, there will be something for you to learn…so make sure you get there early so you can get a front row seat!

See you all there!
