With fall transition in full swing the top water bite will start to thrive and it’s going to become a key tool in your bait selection! The popper is one of my favorite top waters and my choice of poppers is the Bubble Walker by River2sea and one of the biggest reasons why is because I can pop it or I can walk it and having those two top water presentations combined into one bait I can quickly Determine the mood of the fish without having to pick up and fish multiple rods and wasting time. When fishing the Bubble Walker I prefer 30 pound braid and a Phenix Maxim Rod. In High water reservoirs or clear water reservoirs without a lot of aquatic vegetation or laydowns I will go to 15 pound big game. The Bubble Walker comes in 11 incredible fish catching colors and in two sizes bubble walker 80 and 128 the 80 is 1/2 ounce and the 128 is 1 1/4 The 128 comes with three Daiichi hooks # 2#4#2 trebles and the 80 comes equipped with #4 trebles, the bubble walker also has Tungsten rattles to help fish locate the bait in low light or stained water conditions. This Popper has a Concaved mouth leaving a good bubble trail and popping noise, the bubble walker should seriously be looked at when your looking to throw top water this fall!
