Joining RBBASS by Sean Wayman

December 30, 2019 by Randy Walker

I joined RBBASS Fishing in February of 2014. Honestly I didn’t realize it was that long ago. Its been a lot of fun being a part of such a fun and committed group of anglers. I competed against several RBBASS anglers for many years before coming to join these fine anglers. As I look back and think about it, it may very well be one of the best things I’ve done in my fishing career. RBBASS is about family, friends and growing the sport. Over the years they/we have done many events and promotions to promote the sport or just participate in local community events.

When I was a kid, long time ago, fishing seemed to be a pretty common activity. As times have changed, video games arrived, it seems as though many outdoor activities have become victim to technology. I really wanted to be a part of promoting my love for the outdoors and share that passion with others. RBBASS was a great way for me to do that. Did I mention it also helped my learning curve? It has. Through many reports written by myself as well as others, there is something to be learned from every one of them. Fishing with more and different people is another great way I’ve learned. One of the best things that has happened is the long lasting friendships I’ve gained within RBBASS and folks I’ve met because of RBBASS.
