Fished both of the future pro tour tournaments out at Lake Camanche on 10/9 and 10/16. the first one took 9th place with 12.19 lbs. The second tournament was a little tougher only weighing 4 fish for 8.64 lbs that was good for an 8th place finish even though i lost a 4 pounder first thing in the morning. There are a lot of fish on top of the island tops with the bigger fish out on the sides and ledges of island tops. Dont waste to much time on a island top or ledge if u dont graph any fish or get bit fairly quick. First thing in the morning and at dusk you can catch some better fish fish up shallow with trees and deep water close by. Caught fish on jigs, drop shoting, spooning, buzzbaits and spooks also managed to get followers on the huddleston but was’nt able to get any to commit. Good luck, and tight lines Kevin Cornwell.
