Lake Oroville continues to fill with water quickly! The water temp is 44 to 53deg. Soon willow trees will be flooded and the Bass will have a great spawn in 2011 helping build a great future for this lake! Fishing is tough for most as it is hard to locate fish right now. The lake is big and you have to move around alot to find the fish. Rip baits and Berkley hollow belly swimbaits early in the day will catch some nice spotted bass. Try points and creek pockets for your best luck. Senkos and dartheaded worms will get some bites too, but you have to work for them. Some Anglers have reported a tube bite, but like the weather the fishing continues to change daily up there so be ready to adapt when your at the lake!
