My good friend and I started a bass fishing club in high school during our freshman year. This really kick started my passion for bass fishing. This high school club allowed me to compete in tournaments and meet some great people. Right after I graduated high school I had saved up money from working and bought me my own boat, an 18ft champion with a 125hp Mercury. Since I bought my boat I have been on the water almost every weekend. I love the Delta and I guess you can say it is my home water. In the winter I begin to fish mainly the Mother lode lakes around me like Don Pedro, McClure, and New Melones.
Right now I am fishing a local club called Modesto Ambassadors, the CTT Pro/Am’s, open events and the BBT circuit. I currently work at C&C Marine in Modesto, CA and I am attending Modesto Junior College where I am working to get my degree in criminal justice.
