Lake New Hogan
is located 45 min from Stockton Ca. This lake to has 3 kinds of Bass.
Largemouth, Smallmouth and Striped Bass. This lake has a huge shad population and the Bass love it.
Once stuffed with trpohy trout untill the Stripers were stocked. The lake has big catfish and great crappie fishing too. This lake is underated and has great fishing on tap. Close to Valley Springs and Lake Pardee lake New Hogan receives very little fishing pressure. Summertime this lake has a ton of rattle snakes so be carefull if fishing from the bank. From Spring thru fall Bass will boil on bait. This makes for some exciting fishing!
