RB Bass Outdoors angler and American Bass Association Northern California Region Tournament Director Clara Ricabal will be at the 5th street ramp around 5:30 AM this Saturday March 23rd.

Fishing five events guarantees you fishing the Tournament Of Champions & the Bass Cat shootout which are both going to be on Clear lake in the Fall. The Delta region still has a few tournaments left as well as Shasta. The last tournament of the American Bass Association Northern Cal region is April 13th.
