RBBass Outdoors NxGen created this youth development program to give passionate, dedicated young men and women the opportunity to cultivate the next generation of outdoor enthusiasts to build their personal brands, develop professional skills, and represent the outdoor community with integrity and professionalism while enjoying all the outdoor adventures we love.
As a member of the RBBass Outdoors NxGen Team, you have access and utilization of established media platforms and industry relationships of RBBass Outdoors which are both part of the Howe Family Next Generation Inc.:
• Media press releases
• Marketing portal to promote yourself and your sponsors
• Upload videos on RBBass via You Tube
• Sponsor press releases
• Sponsor retention
• Sponsor deals
• And a whole lot more!
Mission
Our Mission is to grow this program and the future of our youth for both Fishing, Hunting, and Outdoors to add even more value to our program together! Through mentorship, fishing, hunting, media exposure, and personal development opportunities, RBBass Outdoors NxGen empowers youth to grow both on and off the water.

Membership
RBBass Outdoors NxGen is currently open to 14 – 19-year-old young men and women that are high school outdoor enthusiasts who demonstrate a passion for fishing, hunting and outdoors, with strong character, and a commitment to personal growth.
Team Member Requirements:
1. Submit an application to the RBBass NxGen Youth Program Director
a. Submitting an application does not guarantee you membership to RBBass Outdoors NxGen. There will be a limited number of RBBass Outdoors NxGen members added annually or as determined by the RBBass Outdoors NxGen youth program director.
2. Maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher.
3. Be active on Social Media Platforms, e.g.
a. Facebook
b. TikTok
c. Instagram
d. YouTube
4. If selected, parents and youth must sign a Member Confidentiality Agreement.
Code of Conduct
All RBBass Outdoors NxGen members are expected to uphold the highest standards of character and professionalism.
Members must:
• demonstrate integrity, accountability, sportsmanship, and a commitment to becoming the best version of themselves both on and off the water.
• avoid confrontations, unsportsmanlike behavior, and actions that negatively reflect on the program.
• treat teammates, competitors, sponsors, and the public with respect.
• refrain from derogatory, discriminatory, or offensive comments, behavior, or social media activity.
• comply with all local, state, and federal laws.
• avoid any illegal activity.
Failure to meet program expectations or violations of the Code of Conduct may result in suspension, or removal from the RBBass Outdoors NxGen program.

RBBass Outdoors NxGen is more than a fishing, hunting and outdoor team—it is a developmental program dedicated to preparing young men and women for success in competition, academics, careers, and life. Through mentorship, opportunity, and accountability, RBBass Outdoors NxGen is committed to developing leaders who will positively impact the future of the outdoors industry.
After the age of 19, RBBass Outdoors NxGen Team Members who choose to remain active in fishing, hunting or the outdoor lifestyle may be considered for membership through the RBBass Outdoors program.
