Clear Lake Fishing Report for March 3rd thur the 8th.
Weather was wet and windy Monday and Tuesday witch kept the water in the mid fifties and stained.It was a tough bite for me,I only had one fish Monday on a rip bait and two on Tuesday on the River to Sea S-Waver.On Wednesday the weather cleared up and the bite was off the chart.I caught twenty plus fish for a thirty pound bag with the best five.All the quality bites came on again the River to Sea S- Waver.If you don’t have any of these in your tackle box yet I suggest you go shopping right now.On Thursday the weather was still nice but I stayed off the water,On Friday I went to the same spot I tore -em up on Wednesday and tried to do the same. I watched people catch them all day around me on A-rigs and swim baits but I never got bit.On Saturday it was a different story. I went to a new spot up North and got on the fish right away.Most were caught on yes the River to Sea S-Waver and a six inch Osprey swim bait.The Drop-shot caught one nice one as-well .The water temperature is hitting that sweet spot that all the big girls have been waiting for and they are starting to move up.Clear Lake is Fix-in to go crazy.So hook up that boat and go catch the fish of a life time.Clear Lake has them in her.
