Hit the Delta up today. Blasted off from Russo’s Marina about 6 am. Started tossing top water around tule islands with good success on buzz baits and whopper ploppers. The day was over cast until around noon so I continued to throw top water. Moving around I was able to keep catching fish on the top waters. When the sun came out I shifted gears to punching. Good punch bite and some lack of execution but still had a good time. No success on frogs today. Keep moving and fish the conditions.
