Lake Oroville

Lake Oroville is located 1:45 min from Sacramento and has the States tallest dam at 1 mile high! This lake is know for it’s Spotted Bass fishing,but also has Largemouth Bass and Smallmouth Bass too. This lakes water level is allways on the move and you should check lake levels before arriving.

This lake is a great fishery for numbers,but catching quality fish can be tricky at times. Year round plastic worms will put fish in the boat. This makes Oroville a great lake to take a kid fishing.
