Equipped with a 10 bearing system, the MGXtreme starts with seven stainless steel HPCR™ bearings + one roller bearing. The addition of two Ceramilite hybrid ceramic spool bearings gives anglers ultimate distance and control throughout the cast. A highly ported spool works in tandem with the Ceramilite bearings to deliver precision casting, thanks to a 10% reduction in weight over the standard MGX spool.
