For anyone coming to Clear Lake to fish remember that their is a MANDATORY 5 MPH speed limit for anywhere along shoreline to a quarter mile offshore. Please be considerate of those that live on the lake. The Wakes from boats is pushing water into a lot of homes backyards. That is why the 5 mph zone is put in place.
