Here is RB Bass Outdoors angler Ryan Hall with a Folsom Lake fishing report. In this video Ryan talks about where fish are at in relation to the spawn. Ryan also talks about what baits caught them their fish. Ryan’s main bait was the Xzone Lures Tru Center stick rigged on a Gamakatsu G Finesse weedless stinger. The areas he was fishing had trees or good shallow water cover and this hook made it a little easier to get the bait in the areas without being hung up as much.
