What you need:
2lbs ground venison burger
Several Large Jalapenos
2 lbs of bacon
2 lbs of cheese, either mixed like mexican cheese, or just pepperjack mixed with cheddar, is what I use
Seasonings are garlic powder, chili powder and S&P
What to do:
Hollow out your Large Jalapeno, take your cheese mixture and stuff the jalapeno, then get your venison hamburger and wrap the Jalapeno until it’s covered well and looks like an egg. Now wrap that venison egg with bacon. Set them all on a baking sheet, clay Pampered Chef if you have it, if not just a regular one. Bake at 350 for an hour or until cooked, then take out and put on a BBQ, basted with your BBQ sauce and just glaze them for a few minutes. All I can say is….Duuuuude!
